Iron Body For Life

Personal Training geared towards general fitness for life. Whether you want to maintain your current fitness level and add some variety to your routine, or you need a kick-start to get into a fitness routine, this package is geared to help you to achieve those health, fitness and nutrition goals specific to your needs.

Iron Body 28-Day Kettlebell SHRED

Whether your goal is a wedding, a vacation, a re-union, or simply that you’re fed up with where you are at in terms of your (lack of) health and fitness routine, and you want to see results in 4 weeks or less, the 28-day Kettlebell Shred will get you there. There are 3 levels to the SHRED and you can choose which level best suits your needs:

  • Level I: Personal Training 3 days per week – Specific Focus on Kettlebell Training;
  • Level II: Personal Training 3 days per week (Specific Focus on Kettlebell Training), PLUS Paul Chek’s Holistic Life Guide to Nutrition – “How to Eat, Move, & Be Healthy”)
  • Level III: Personal Training 3 days per week (Specific Focus on Kettlebell Training), Paul Chek’s Holistic Life Guide to Nutrition – “How to Eat, Move, & Be Healthy”), PLUS 4, once per week Nutrition Coaching Sessions (includes initial 3 hour assessment with Iron Body Studios’ Iron Body Nutrition Level II, CHEK Holistic Life & Nutrition Coach, Pam Scantalides.

Pre-Natal/Pregnant/Post-Partum

Personal Training specifically tailored to the woman preparing to get pregnant, pregnant, post-partum or even moms beyond post partum who would like to focus on re-training their core to help them to return to their pre-birth strength and stability.

Forging Fitness

Iron Body Studios’, Forging Fitness is the most advanced training method to progress clients from post rehabilitation into advanced fitness.  Forging Fitness is specifically designed for the client who is recently recovering from an injury, and who has completed physical therapy and rehabilitation, and is interested in pursuing a regular strength training and fitness program, in consideration of his/her past injury or injuries.

Forging Fitness will begin with a detailed interview to set goals and gain familiarity with previous rehabilitation and training methods.Following the in person interview Eric takes you onto the studio floor to do a detailed human movement screening. Eric uses the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) developed by Gray Cook a leading physical therapist and performance specialist.The SFMA will determine your weakest link and a detailed training program will be built specifically on YOUR goals and YOUR movement screen.

Forging Fitness uses Kettlebells, TRX, and body weight to systematically forge movement and strength onto your frame. Forging Fitness puts to rest an injury plagued past to build in functional human movement patterns for a pain free and injury free path to advanced fitness.
